Terms of Use
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MultiLive (multilive.tv.br). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use MultiLive.
1. What MultiLive is
MultiLive is a tool that lets you combine, on a single screen, public live broadcasts from Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, using those platforms' official players and chats. MultiLive does not host, produce, control, or moderate the content of the broadcasts shown — it only organizes and displays official third-party embeds based on the links or channels you provide.
2. Sign-up and account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a legal guardian;
- The information provided at sign-up must be true and up to date;
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account;
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these terms.
3. Plans, payment, and cancellation
MultiLive offers a free plan and paid (Premium) plans, with features and limits described on the Plans & Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Paid subscriptions are recurring (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the chosen plan) and renew automatically until canceled;
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings; canceling stops future renewal, but you keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for;
- Under Brazilian consumer law (art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code), you have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 7 (seven) calendar days of signing up, with a full refund and no justification needed — just contact us at admin@multilive.tv.br;
- Outside the withdrawal period, amounts already paid for subscription periods in use are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
By using MultiLive, you agree not to:
- Use the service to display, promote, or associate with illegal content, hate speech, or copyrighted material without authorization;
- Try to bypass the free plan's technical limits, reverse-engineer the service, or overload the site's infrastructure;
- Use OAuth connections to Twitch, Kick, or YouTube to send spam, harassment, or abusive messages in chats;
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit MultiLive without prior written authorization.
5. Third-party content
The broadcasts, chats, and other content displayed through MultiLive belong to their respective platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick) and their creators. MultiLive is not affiliated with those platforms and is not responsible for the content, availability, or moderation of the broadcasts shown. Complaints about the content of a specific broadcast should be directed to the platform where it originates.
6. Intellectual property
The MultiLive brand, design, and platform code belong to its operators. The layouts you create (channel combinations and saved names) remain yours, but you grant us the license needed to store them and display them back to you.
7. Advertising
MultiLive displays third-party ads through Google AdSense to keep the free plan sustainable. We're not responsible for the content of ads served through that network.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
MultiLive is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or compatibility with all third-party broadcasts (which may, at any time, change or block their own players). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Material changes will be indicated by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MultiLive after an update represents acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's domicile is elected as the venue for resolving any disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.
