Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MultiLive (multilive.tv.br) collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of people who visit or use the site. By using MultiLive, you agree to the data processing described here, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Who is responsible for your data

MultiLive is operated by Matheus Reis, an individual, responsible for processing the data collected through the site. For any question, request, or exercise of rights related to your data, contact admin@multilive.tv.br.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Account data: name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) when you create an account, or the name/email/photo provided by Google or Twitch when you sign in with one of those accounts.
  • Payment data: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We don't store credit card numbers on our servers — only a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status.
  • Connections to third-party platforms: if you choose to connect your Twitch, Kick, or YouTube account (to send chat messages through MultiLive), we store that connection's authorization token (OAuth), which can be removed at any time in your account settings.
  • Layouts and preferences: the stream combinations you save (layout name and links/channels added).
  • Usage and browsing data: pages visited, time spent on each screen, referrer (originating site), device type, browser, and operating system — collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

  • Feedback: messages you voluntarily send through the site's feedback widget.

3. What we use your data for

  • Creating and maintaining your account, authenticating your login, and remembering your preferences;
  • Processing payments and managing your subscription;
  • Enabling connections and sending messages in Twitch, Kick, and YouTube chats when you authorize it;
  • Saving and syncing your stream layouts across sessions;
  • Sending transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing notices);
  • Understanding site usage, fixing issues, and improving the experience (our own analytics);
  • Displaying ads through Google AdSense, which help keep MultiLive free;
  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to requests from authorities, when required by law.

4. Who we share data with

We don't sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers that help us run MultiLive, to the extent necessary for each purpose:

  • Stripe — payment and subscription processing;
  • Resend — sending transactional emails;
  • Supabase — database hosting;
  • Vercel — application hosting and file storage;
  • Google AdSense — displaying ads (see section 5);
  • Twitch, Kick, and YouTube — only when you connect your account to those platforms, to enable sending messages on your user's behalf.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for different purposes:

  • Essential: keep you logged in and the site working (e.g., login session cookie);
  • Cookie preference: the _mlconsent cookie stores your choice on the cookie banner;
  • Analytics: the _mlid cookie is an anonymous identifier created only if you accept the cookie banner, used to understand site usage patterns;
  • Advertising: Google AdSense may use its own and third-party cookies to display ads, including ones personalized based on your browsing history.

You can manage or disable Google's personalized ads directly at adssettings.google.com, and learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their privacy settings.

6. Your rights as a data subject (LGPD)

You may, at any time, request:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law;
  • Portability of your data to another service provider;
  • Deletion of data processed with your consent (except where the law requires retention);
  • Information about who we share your data with;
  • Withdrawal of your consent, where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to admin@multilive.tv.br. You can also delete several of your connections and layouts directly in your account settings.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Tax and payment data may be retained for an additional period when required by law. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize the data we're not legally required to retain.

8. Security

We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No system is 100% free of flaws, but we work to keep your data secure and act quickly if any incident is identified.

9. Minors

MultiLive is not directed at minors under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers without the consent of a legal guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be indicated by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
